Let’s Chop It Up

Welcome! I’m Lindsay, a twenty-something year old from Maryland. Growing up, I refused to eat anything that was not pasta. And even then, it had to be plain pasta.

My parents had quite the challenge making sure I was well-nourished…sorry, Mom & Dad! But now, I’ll try anything at least once - that includes grilled caterpillars - and absolutely love to cook.

With every meal I make, I try to include a colorful array of ingredients. Believe it or not, taste starts with our eyes. A colorful dish also means it's bound to be at least somewhat healthy, and that’s always a plus.

You may quickly find that my recipes don’t always include measurements. Most of the time, I find a dash here and a sprinkle there fare much better than measuring exactly to the T-spoon.
